This was my second wheel alignment at Ron's. Colby did an excellent job, and took the time to show me an issue with a worn tie-rod. Better still, he was able to get and install the replacement part during the alignment appointment. Exceptional!
Went here to get an alignment after doing some work on my truck. I called to schedule an appointment on Monday, and they got me in on Tuesday the same week. When I arrived to drop my truck off, I had asked if they would have finished before 1pm (Dropped the truck off at about 8:30am) and they actually said they could get it done before noon. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and the lobby is cozy. The parking situation is a little chaotic and there wasn't many spaces even at 8:30am. They called me at about 11:45 and said the work was finished. $120 for a full alignment seems pretty reasonable to me, and they didn't charge me for anything extra. They not only fixed my issue but also provided me with useful additional information about my truck. I highly recommend Ron's because of the kind, qualified staff who stepped up to assist a non-resident itching to meet a friend in Glacier Park.
