My sister froze up some pipes last winter in her garage, so I was recommended Preston Lowe as an electrician, so I had him install a small electric heater in my sisters garage, about 6 months later we couldn’t get the heater to shut off, so I called Preston ( twice I believe ) and I never got a hold of him, so I called another electrician to repair it, I was unsure if the thermostat should have been warrantied or if some how we may have damaged it, when Preston installed the heater it was too far back in the wall, so I couldn’t put the cover and knob on the heater until I remounted it myself,

I desperately needed an electrician, he was available for what I needed. Asked what he charged I was $110/hr plus a dollar per mile. The biggest union shop in the Flathead, Kalispell Electric charges less than that. After hearing that I said well I am desperate so guess you can screw me for how ever much cause I’m desperate. At that he said he would work with me, guess he only works for rich folks that don’t mind being charged high prices, I tried to tell him he was not the most expensive live heard but he would even listen. Preston has the knowledge and experience but most of all INTEGRITY AND EMPATHY. He is a caring person who truly seems interested in helping someone over just trying to be greedy and collect as much money as he possibly can from customers! I highly recommend Preston and I really wish I would have discovered him much sooner. Since 2017 within the Columbia Falls and surrounding area, I had chosen other electricians and was ripped off and not satisfied! Now I know where to go right away, Preston E. Lowe, electrician!
