We had furnace issues and they arrived to diagnose the issue within 3 hours of calling. Great response time since we are an hours drive from town. Since temperatures were dropping sub zero they even offered to bring space heaters. Mike quickly assessed the problem and ordered the necessary parts which would be able to be installed the next day. The following day was Mike's day off but he volunteered to return and complete the work. Service above and beyond!
