Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of Kalispell, MT

I would highly recommend this product and especially the store in Kalispell, MT. I have recently had the store manager personally handle an issue for me, eventhough my windows were purchased 6 years ago! Im very pleased.

Rusty was phenomenal to work with and went above and beyond to help us find the right door. He came out to measure and even went out of his way to meet us to deliver a part that wasn’t included in the shipment. The door is great, but the service was exceptional.

All of the 40+ windows and five of the doors in our 2022 new home were purchased through and installed by Pella, including a large five-panel sliding glass door. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and the pricing was very reasonable.
Rusty went above and beyond throughout the entire process—and he still does whenever we have questions. He's responsive, so helpful, and he's just great people. Years later, we're still incredibly pleased with our windows and doors, and they've held up beautifully.
We can't recommend this location, or Rusty, highly enough!
