Kara has helped me tremendously through my pregnancy, dealing with sciatica issues. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! She takes the time to go head to toe, and very affordable! I highly recommend.

Kara is amazing! She does a wonderful job whenever I get a chance to see her. She was in an awful accident, but got back to me as soon as she could and was able to get right back to working. Very communicative, friendly, and professional! Book with her!

I also work with cupping to help with those really tights spots and knots. Also can't forget the soon to be mama's with a prenatal massage. All at affordable rates.
