The estimate was detailed and easy to understand, with no surprises. They did an excellent job preventing damage of the lawn during excavation and repaired it afterwards better than hoped. Our very old hot water heater was replaced as our hot water had a metallic taste and smell. Modern Plumbing had an opening for us the very next day. They arrived on time and did a great job. In just a few hours, we had a new hot water system that works great!

Today, as I was cleaning up some old files, I ran across a folder filled with receipts of a bathroom remodel I had done in 2018. It brought back all my memories in an instant. The contractor that I had used made multiple blunders, which culminated in a flood over Memorial weekend in ‘18. I’ll never forget that morning where I stepped into my laundry room, with the ceiling gushing with water from the floor above where the remodel had happened. At that moment I picked up the phone and frantically contacted Modern Plumbing. Owner, Raun (on a Sunday and holiday weekend) was over within the hour. He spent 2hours, cutting through a closet wall to figure out the blunder the contractor had made. He diagnosed and repaired. He came a second time to complete his project and assured me all was well. And indeed it has been ever since. Raun is just a top notch man and runs a top notch business of plumbing! I have given his name out time and tome again. Anyone who has the fortune of having work done with this company, is in the best of hands! I just want to say thank you, again, years later.
