I am from out of town and had an emergency concern that didn't quite warrant the emergency room. This urgent care was extremely quick to see me and Dr Jerilyn was friendly, efficient and reassuring. I'm very grateful for them.

Very quick and professional. Is located inside Family healthcare/urgent care. From check-in to walking out the door post test, it only took 6 minutes total which is about half as long as it took me to find a parking spot!! Very pleased with fast service even with waiting room plumb full!! Free service and i got results in 24 hours ?

last thursday went for testing, was told 5 to 7 day wait for results. today is friday 9 days later. still no call. meanwhile im in st josephs with the virus. so much for your help. you shouldn t bill my insurance when you didn t do anything
