My daughter and 7-year-old granddaughter and myself were looking for a place that actually did a quality pedicure and thought we'd try a place we've never been before, as of, yet we've haven't found a place we wanted to go back to. So frustrating to pay those high prices and no good results. I am so pleased with this place!! All of our nails came out great and the extra attention to my toenails was exceptional. I really appreciated it. Finally, a place that isn't just a "fluff and tuck" as I call it! We will all be returning!!
I had a 2:00 appointment for a pedicure. This was my first time there. I got there 5 minutes early, there was a mother/daughter walk in waiting, no appointment! Waited 15 minutes til they sat me at a chair, then sat another 5min. and finally said something as someone walked by about waiting so long, she blew me off and said it would be another 5 minutes. They started the walk in couple before me and I was the one with an appointment! sat for 10 minutes without any water to soak. After waiting 30 minutes finally water. Had a lackluster pedicure my granddaughter could have done. She spoke Vietnamese the entire time, so rude! Then she left me to dry forever while she prepared for her next appt. took off the toe separators myself. Threw 40 cash on the counter and walked out expressing that I would never return , their service was SO BAD!
Just had a Royal pedi. It was the best. They paid extra attention to detail. Great polish colors. They didn't rush me.
