We used FloodCo after our crawl space flooded. They came over quickly, removed the damaged insulation, used an industrial dehumidifier to dry out the crawl space, sprayed for mold, and then re-insulated. They did great work quickly for a reasonable price.This week we had a minor water issue in our ceiling, so we called FloodCo again. Dale came out to assess the damage and recommended that we use a fan to dry it out ourselves. We appreciate the honesty! His competitor recommended ripping out a bunch of sheetrock and insulation and quoted several thousand dollars.FloodCo will be our first call going forward.
