Egan was unbelievably good. He solved an issue with my furnace fan running 24/7 that has been a problem since October!!! Two different companies, 6 HVAC techs and 9 visits with no resolution—just a huge expense replacing parts (one part twice and two other parts once!). Egan solved the issue in one visit!!!
I was to the point of replacing my 6-year-old furnace and Egan discouraged me from doing that—he wanted the chance to troubleshoot it first. How is that for customer service and integrity?!?!

I appreciate a company who actually responds quickly on a Saturday when we have no heat. I can't say the same for others I tried calling.
Now that the job is done, I can honestly say these guys are the best! I cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, courteous and highly proficient, keeping standards of safety in mind to ensure an efficient, safe result.
The techs were on time, efficient and they did a great job on our brand new houe. They were careful to cover flooring, wear booties and make sure the equipment didn't damage the doorways.They removed a lot of construction debris from the ducts and made sure we were satisifed before they left. Great job!
