Great Customer Service. Both Devon and Andrew are very professional. I was instantly impressed and could actually relax knowing, finally I had the right people to fix our furnace. We had been without heat for four days and the process just to get our tank refilled was insanely and I mean difficult from another business. Therefore when they arrived with their, 'we'll get it fixed no worry's" attitude was a blessing. Because of this, I have posted all their information on our refrigerator. You need not look anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, and trustworthy. If you want it done right, call them first!
Tyler and Brad did great work under tight time constraints, replacing a heat pump and three minisplits in a little over a day during a busy week in August. In addition, they walked us through the key parts of the installation and new system. We have always had good experiences with Bill’s Super Heat and this was no exception.
