John did a wonderful job on our carpets! He removed rust stains from water damage that other carpet cleaners were not able to do. He definitely focuses on doing a quality job. We also had some interesting conversation. Would definitely recommend!

John was an amazing communicator and was willing to come right away which is what I needed.
