Came here today with a whole clan of my cousins and aunts and grandmas.
Untamed sort of growing technique seems to be the key feature. But absolutely beautiful in the sense of well cared for plants. The lady (my oops on not catching her name..) was pleasant and kind.
The flowers were just blooming away and everything looks perfect cheerful and snug. Trails are clean and the nooks and crannies are fun to find. I bet even some little kids would love it.
Highly recommend for a few hours enjoyment.
Well worth the entry fee.

The gardens are utterly gorgeous, photos don't even do them justice and Belva is an absolute ray of sunshine. My husband and I lost track of how many times we wandered the paths while we were there, it's just so peaceful and meditative. The cats are sweethearts, there are some really neat historic buildings to admire and even unique garden decor available for purchase, what more could you want? Not to mention, it would make a beautiful wedding venue. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're out that way.

Lovely gardens. This place really is a work of love. Lots of different native plants and trees to look at and their nursery is great also. Have purchased several permanent bushes and trees for our yard, and all have done well.
