My employer now uses this company for our payroll. Plain and simple... I do NOT like them. Their site for logging into is always having problems. Their app for your phone... always problems and not the easiest to navigate for finding specific things you are looking for. Even simple things like trying to reset passwords is more complicated than it needs to be.
Because my Wipfli CPA has not returned my phone calls over the last month, I have chosen to move my business to another accounting firm. I gave much consideration to my decision, being thoughtful of the COVID pandemic. After leaving voice mail messages with the Wipfli main Helena office and leaving voice mail messages on my CPA’s mobile number, I had no other choice as fed/state taxes need to be filed. Wipfli has served our family and my business for two-generation. In those years we received outstanding service.
