Want to give a great big thanks to David at Werner Plumbing and Heating. We had a problem in a new build that is now 2 years old and out of warranty. He came out to track down the issue. Found it was not a plumbing problem after all, but he stayed and called another tradesman who came in and fixed the issue. Above and beyond great customer service.
Shouting out to the Werner Plumbing & Heating inc!!! They saved us. They were so polite, nice and proactive on the phone and sent two awesome workers immediately to our house on Friday afternoon!!! I mean, common, I called 10 plumbing companies before I found out about this one and they all were booked for weeks or refused to help on Friday. But not Werner!!!! They came so quickly, they worked to professionally and diligently!!!! They installed our heater what gave us water back and hot water again!!!! Friday afternoon!!!! When no other plumbers were available Werner put us on a wait-list and as soon as they had a plumber available they send him right over. Good communication, nice office staff, good looking work with good mop up afterwards.Services: Plumbing pipe repair
