I love going to Ulta, because the team that works there goes above and beyond to be helpful and provide amazing customer service. All of the staff working during my visit this afternoon/evening were amazingly kind and helpful to me. Thanks so much!!

Customer service was top notch with Mint. First time for me buying anything in this store. This associate new what I needed, but most importantly, listen to ME in what I wanted!! Deserves a raise ? ?

Had a great experience. I was a bit lost where to look and was promptly greeted by an employee that helped me find what I was looking for! I found exactly what I came for and she helped me pick the best one. I had a great experience and loved the layout and all the products I could test on my skin before purchasing. The woman at the checkout helped me and even told me about a deal I qualified for. She was so helpful and told me about the app, rewards and gave me some extra info about tue products I bought. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I'm pleased with my purchase.
