I was so worried about needing electrical assistance, not knowing anyone in my area and agreeing to pay an unknown amount before anyone could come out. To say I was concerned about being taken advantage of is to put it mildly.

My concern was for naught. Not only was Third Element prompt in their response and in coming out to my home, Ian did an absolutely wonderful job. He explained his findings to me in a manner I could understand. After he was done, he reached out a couple different times to ensure there were no issues. He was respectful and professional.

Jim, Ian, and everyone else we've engaged with at Third Element (for several projects in our home) have been professional and friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, very efficient, and great at problem solving. I give them an A+ for all that and for excellent communications, prompt service, and integrity.

Ian with Third Element was awesome to work with. He did a lot of work around my house to bring it up to code as well as helped me through a little electrical fire. That lead to a late night call that he responded to and the company was very kind to let me make payments. I will always be grateful to Ian and the entire company.
