I have so enjoyed sound healing and Reiki sessions with Sheila. Her work is powerful, deeply soothing and calming. I love her combination of Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and crystal lights with Reiki. Each session I come away feeling happy and light, grateful too for receiving her healing!

The atmosphere is so relaxing. Sheila truly goes above and beyond! This was by far the best massage I've ever experienced. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and goes the extra mile! She uses different techniques techniques not everyone uses and uses what would be most beneficial to you. Thank you. I'll be back!

Shelia is the best! I started going to her about a year ago and am now seeing her every other week. She really takes the time to listen and pay attention to the areas that need attention. I feel as though she goes above and beyond and offers extra services & uses different tools that not all massage therapists include with their massages. She's very friendly and makes you feel super comfortable, I would highly recommend her to anyone!
