30 below zero and my boiler goes out. I called Tamer and he picked up right away and we discussed it over the phone and was able to get it fired up. This totally saved my bacon and got my house warming up again in these frigid temps. Thanks Tamer. I appreciate your expertise on these Lochinvar boilers.

No water at 6:00am, called R&R pump recommended by our electrician. 11:00am fixed.’!! Excellent customer service. We are using them for preventative maintenance to replace our well pump. Tech and office staff are accommodating

I am very happy with the service we received from R&R pump, specifically Travis. They got our 30 year old boiler back up and running during this terrible cold spell, after another local plumber misdiagnosed the problem, wasted our time and money, and basically told us it couldn't be fixed. R&R squeezed us in on a busy day, and were prompt to come back when another issue popped up. We will definitely use them again for any future plumbing or heating needs!
