If I could give this zero stars I would. They have failed to communicate with us after they sent the bills. long story short our check was lost in the mail or the cpa's said they received it but wasn't sure where it was supposed to go to so they tossed it out. they did not contact us to say they never received it Or what the check was for. instead sent the bill to collections. They also charged us triple compared to what other cpas charge.
