Great place when you are shopping and buying but when they screw up they don't fix their mistakes. I pity anyone that has them do their house like we did and end up with a bad job in one room because they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. We even contacted the owner at the store in Bozeman but he's related to the boss in Helena and it's a "good old buddy" system where they refuse todo anything We have expensive wood floors in the main part of the house, kitchen dining and entry, and we are stuck with this horrible installation that is chipping and separating and just looks bad and really spoils what was otherwise a good job.

Jordan was amazing. He provided great advice, products, and support. He was professional, kind, and communicated well. The installers were also great and I’m very happy with the quality of the product. I won’t go anywhere else.
