“I am so grateful for the Internet so I don’t blindly call service people anymore. Mike has all 5-star reviews and there’s a reason why. He answered the phone when I called and promptly got me scheduled to fix the broken key in my front door lock. He asked me for photos ahead of time and asked my preference on colors and design. He was organized and prepared. He showed up right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and went above and beyond making sure the deadbolt moved smoothly and adding the current key to the deadbolt, even though it's a code lock. The icing on the cake is that he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.”

“If you’re looking for a business that cares about its customers look no further. I needed help getting into my home safe when I made a critical mistake of trying to reprogram the keypad while it was not open but closed. The safe went into a factory lockdown. A few days later My keys got locked in the work truck. Not a good week. I called them and within 30 min a fella named Alec showed up and got me into my truck in less than 5 min. We talked and he said he may have a few options for me with getting into my home safe. Alec put in the time getting ahold of manufacturer that wouldn’t respond to me and got the info he needed to get into the safe without having to drill out and replace. Courteous and Professional both times. I would highly recommend.”
