JCCS has been a wonderful asset to our business operations. Russ Davis has been a life saver in navigating everything financial, From quickbooks to payroll to ppp, he has been there for us at the drop of a hat. Thank you JCCS and Russ!

I know this suggestion might be unpopular for the JCCS staff but being closed Friday afternoon has caused us some angst when we needed help. I might suggest a skeleton crew to at least answer the phone and resolve small emergencies. We all appreciate when real people answer the phone. Automated systems are not so appreciated... except maybe on weekends.

Thank you so much JCCS! You guys make tax time so easy and stress-free! Having entered a new profession 4 years ago and becoming self-employed, my husband and I decided it was time to enlist some help with our taxes. We are so glad we made the choice to go to JCCS and have Tyler Bryant assist us. Tyler is the best and everyone in the office is so friendly and professional. Rocky, who is at reception and fields all phone calls, is an absolute delight and sometimes I wish I needed to visit the office more just to see her smiling face! I can not recommend Tyler or JCCS enough!
