James came to service our furnance and a/c. He arrived right on time, explained what the problem was in the way a layman could understand, and went about correcting the issue.

James came out for a problem with my AC. It was great service and he fixed it quickly. He also pointed out a suspected problem with the adjacent water heater not venting carbon monoxide properly. I had the HVAC company out and they confirmed the problem and it's been handled. I'm very grateful he went above and beyond! I highly recommend Jax's Heating and Air!
