This service was fine until they were bought out by another company. They call me for collections on bills I have paid. Multiple calls months apart after I think the issue is resolved it pops up again for the same bill. When I tried to cancel my service out of fear my credit was going to be ruined for $40 I was told nobody's name was on my account. Like NOBODY. I have questions such as how did I open an account with nobody's name on it? How do you send me bills? Why do you allow me to pay the bills but yet can't talk to me about my own account I have all the information and account number for?
