These guys have been excellent in working with both a 10+ year old Lenovo ThinkPad (where they replaced the hard drive - giving it a whole new life) and a new HP Pavillion. There have been several times where they spent some time solving problems without charging us, and the charge for the new hard drive was extremely reasonable. They're quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
