To my understanding this organization only refers people to obviously available resources and does zero advocacyI would also say that the interview process takes time and dignity from the person seeking aid and in sum total was a waste of my energy and left me feeling as is they are only in the operation of the non profit to get the grantImo this is gatekeeping and a waste of resources

They wouldn't even look at our information. I was assigned to meet with one person and someone else called me. I don't know why. I asked for them to just let me send them our information to review after the call and they refused. Don't waste your time here. Seek help elsewhere.

The issues I needed help with were never really resolved because of lack of communication and accessibility .and funding issues. The few people I did talk to on the phone seemed professional.but the services were very limited in in my state.
