Just wanted to let you all know that I'm feeling a lot better. Been on a diet to clean out my guts and heal them. It's been a tough road. But the constant pain is getting better. I can concentrate better and my emotions are evening out. Fibromialga is not for the weak. Randy's (my husband) been a huge help! Making sure we have the foods and making them for me. I'm going to Cornerstone wellness Center. They have been stretching my neck, exercises, the diet and Chiropractic Care. I still have a long road ahead. I slept 7 hours last night!
