Surprisingly fast for how busy they were on a Saturday evening. Also relatively inexpensive in my opinion. You don't go to emergency anything expecting a deal. They were upfront about the cost the entire visit. The care was great. Dog is recovering nicely from porcupine encounter. Private waiting in an exam room, not in a crowded waiting area. Frequent updates on timing. Glad they were here for us.
Today we expected my dog Sam to be put down. I called Apex and they made room for us to come in. First the tech came in and took a thorough review of his symptoms and history. A few minutes later Dr. Richardson came in and spent a long time examining him and talking with us. She was very knowledgeable about Labs, their characteristics and tendencies. She gave us several options and after blood tests and X-rays and a prescription, Sam came home with a possible optimistic chance to extend his life and comfort.
