From boarding for a weekend to crossing the rainbow bridge the team at Alpine made me feel so seen and comfortable with my kitty’s needs at different life stages. I adopted my senior kitty knowing I would be a frequent flyer at a vet and I’m so glad it was Alpine. Dr Janitell is so good at what she does and how she cares for creatures ?

Today we had to put our ruger down and the staff here, like always, gave us the best service. We came in on a Sunday and used their emergency services and they were so welcoming. They treated our ruger like their own and the tech at the front desk even babysat our two year old while we were beside our baby. Thank you so much for the kindness you showed us today. One of the main reasons we use our office.

The care my animals have received at Alpine has always been great - I've taken both dogs and cats. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but can't because of scheduling/communication issues between vet techs and front reception staff. I took two new kittens in for all their shots (3 series) and the first two times I told the vet my only concern was that I wanted to make sure they got on the schedule for their sterilization so they were fixed not long after their third series of shots - sometime in December. Each time I was assured scheduling wasn't very far out, that I could schedule at the third shot appt. However, that third shot appt came, I went to schedule for them...read full review
