A big thank you to Dirty Work AAA Sewer and Drain for their recent assistance with our basement flooding issue due to the sump pump failure in our residence! We called three different companies requesting help and leaving messages. Dirty Work AAA Sewer and Drain was the only one that even bothered to call us back! Additionally, the technicians were kind and courteous and explained what they were doing. Most plumbing companies we have had experience with in the past have not only charged high rates, they charged for trips to obtain supplies for projects even when they knew ahead of time what the project would entail! Hired Barry to scope the original clay sewer pipes in my home while in the inspection period prior to closing. He was easy to reach, showed up on time, and explained the process, results, and recommendations. He even took pictures so I could see the condition of the pipes and where the roots were growing in. Hired them again after closing to auger the pipe, and I plan on using them for regular maintenance. Highly recommend!
