The process to get my dogs in was very easy. Videos are sent to let you know how it all works!! I was the anxious mom that was taking my dogs to their first day of school. Shannon was awesome in keeping me updated and sent me videos of how my pups were doing!! Our pups must have had fun as they came home and was so chill and relaxed!!! Definitely will be back

She provided me with insight on her behavior and took the time to discuss options to improve it.
