“I recently visited Heather at Luminous Aesthetics for my very first Botox treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly thorough in explaining everything, both the benefits and the possible downsides, and made me feel completely informed and at ease.
As someone who struggles with pretty intense social anxiety, I was nervous going in, but Heather made me feel so comfortable. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and talk me through the process without any pressure. I also asked her about lip filler, and instead of pushing a more expensive treatment, she suggested starting with a Botox lip flip to see if that would give me the look I’m hoping for. I really appreciated her honesty and thoughtful approach.
