You get what you pay for. Looks nice on the outside but as we watched the construction every day we pointed out issues that they ignored until further into the build so previous work had to be redone. Windows were cheap, you can hear wind howling through. Load bearing porch beam was only sitting on 1/4 of its pier on one end of porch, the other end was supported only by the sheeting from the garage. Since my husband is in construction, we added additional supports after workers left. There are no braces in the floor so the floor bounces as you walk on it, but we'll go down into the crawlspace and add the 2' braces. Roof trusses had up to 1 1/2" gaps with the room framing...read full review
