my friend went here, the owner Tim stood by like a coward and Allowed his friend Sonja Berate my friend and completely disrespect her. The stylist has now even went to the extent of slandering my friend on social media! her review is below! I came to the Salon to meet with Sonja for an appointment for hair. First thing that happened a plant knocked over as my purse strap got caught on hooks they had in a plant near the walk way walking to the station. I offered to help clean it up and apologized numerous times. It was an accident. Then at her station she was advertising Foot Detox, then she went on about it for a good 10 minutes showing me pictures of a machine with someone's feet and dirty water. Which the FDA has put a warning out about Scams. As the metal in the machine itself oxidizes the water creating it to be dark. She went on to explain that people even with significant diseases feel a difference and the toxins go out of their bones even. She went on about they were the only place in great falls offering this advanced technology. She said their was an 80 year old client that came every week for 30 dollars for foot Detox! So they are scamming the elderly! SICKENING! I politely and calmly said I don't know if I believe that. Because I'm actually pertinent to this scam prior. She then went UNGLUED! She went off on me accusing me of stating she is a liar and saying all sorts of really rude things. Mind you I went to get my hair highlighted. I was literally so caught off guard. I have a right to decline a service I wasn't there for, which I did. And then Because I advocated for myself and didn't fall for her scam I was yelled at. I grabbed my purse and told her that I think I needed to leave and go somewhere else. I'm not paying for services when someone is going to degrade me and belittle me over a Foot Toxin Scam that FDA put a warning out about. She said so you just come here make a filthy mess and then just leave. I said it was an accident, I didn't mean for my purse to catch on a hook in the plant. I can pay for the carpet to be cleaned. She then as I'm trying to put my coat on tells me to get out and yells at me. I told her I'm trying to put my coat on as I'm walking towards the exit. She was very aggressive, hostile and cruel. She told me I was being rude, when in fact I was advocating for myself. Which I told her, I have a right to do. I am so disheartened by this situation! Sickening behavior and attitude. If your going to be offended by someone declining to buy into your scam services your trying to pitch then you need not do it.

Got an appt pretty much last minute and had a fast and good cut from Kasidhe. Plus great price. It was my 1st time there but I can see myself going back again.
