We have used Pipe Down for several jobs around the house and have never regretted it. Lee almost always answers the phone live and when he doesn't he returns the call in minutes, not hours. He is also very accommodating when an emergency pops up, making its resolution a priority. Everyone I have worked with at Pipe Down is technically skilled, efficient and communicates clearly. For the level of service and quality of work they provide, the cost is more than reasonable. Pipe Down is a really good company.
These guys absolutely killed it! Had a good leak coming from some 100 year old cast iron. Lee, Sean, and Grady spent all day getting our house right and found a couple other quality of life fixes for our toilet, sink, and bathtub along the way. And they still came in under budget. Couldn’t be happier.
