Completely useless. They dont answer the phone. If you work 14hr days their call back will never get to you. They dont respond to email or the website contact us. The pay online address on the bill doesnt work and their website is extremely hit n miss, basically doesnt work either. At this point i hope it goes to collection just so i can pay this off
