Manager is absolutely amazing. Washer broke on the way moving here so I’ve spent a lot of time there over the past month. The manager saved my daughters teddy bear who became moldy in storage that she has had since birth from her dad whom is no longer with us. No idea how happy he made my girl and how relieved I was to not have to break her heart with another loss. Thank you so much I will never forget your kindness and you going above and beyond.

I am a traveling retail merchandiser and I travel all over the United States and when I come across a business that is amazing and has gone above and beyond I want to tell the world so they too can experience great customer service like I did!!!! As I was saying I travel for work I occasionally have to do some deep cleaning and am sometimes unable due to flying or being forgetful or in a rush don't have everything I need or want to get my job done to my standards which requires me to sometimes think outside the box.I was in desperate need of some towels to wash these shelves papertowels just were not cutting it and it just so happened in the strip mall where I was working...read full review

I usually go to the laundromat on 9th St but just moved over here, so came to this one. I had to wash my laundry twice cause it looked like it hadn't even been washed....and the dryers took forever to dry. Maybe today just wasn't my day here....but I been going to the one on 9th and haven't had this problem. Plus side...someone is there so if there is an issue I can get help right away.
