I know this suggestion might be unpopular for the JCCS staff but being closed Friday afternoon has caused us some angst when we needed help. I might suggest a skeleton crew to at least answer the phone and resolve small emergencies. We all appreciate when real people answer the phone. Automated systems are not so appreciated... except maybe on weekends.
