Dr. Clemens is commended for his gentle and friendly demeanor, even making patients laugh during uncomfortable procedures. Dr. McCafferty's surgical skills are remarkable, with patients experiencing life-changing improvements in their vision.
I am over all pleased with the services I have received. However, twice now Dr's have left abruptly without a farewell or howdy do. I think patients should receive a letter or message in their portal when your physician is leaving. We create a bond of trust. Is it too much to ask? I think not. Hearing about it 2nd hand is very unprofessional of the Dr and the clinic.
The radiology dept is the best. It is never fun but they make it so easy from mammograms to MRIs. The staff are kind and professional. I can't say enough but would give 6 stars because I just had two days of MRIs and they were so helpful, kind and informative.
I saw Cassandra Hoffman for my daughter and loved her! She helped us in one appointment for everything I have been trying to get my daughter help with for years ! Definitely recommend her!
