I love this place. I’ve never been comfortable lifting weights at other gyms. They were very intimidating. But not here at Falls Fitness. They show you what to do and are always giving your pointers on your form to do it right!
Falls Fitness is awesome! Would recommend for anyone who needs to have accountability. Amber is great at accommodating all fitness levels and helps you push through your goals! I love the workout of the day on the board because I don’t have to think about anything, just walk in and get it done! Love this gym and the people who workout here!
Falls Fitness has by far been the most motivating and helpful gym I’ve been to. Even with an injury and unable to do my normal workout routines, Amber and her trainers helped me with a rehab program to get me back on track. Highly recommend!
