My wife took our boxer, Franklin, in for a general checkup and diagnosed an itchy ear which needed some ointment. She said the staff was incredible and loved how they treated Franklin. We will definitely be using them as our veterinarian going forward!
Our puppy was taken very well care of during an emergency call and visit. His injury was looked at and cleaned in a timely manor. I am very happy with how the staff was very professional during the late evening visit on Sunday.
Great staff. Weren't pushy to get all recommended shots or treatments that may or may not be what you want to do. Explained the reasons behind getting each shot and presented a treatment for my older pup that could help but didn't try to guilt me into deciding. Thankful I didn't have to be put in a situation where I had to make a hasty decision like being at a used car lot. I'll be going back since I know I can walk out being informed but not pressured to spend money.
