A friend of mine ended up in jail. I spoke with Matt on Christmas day. While we could not get my friend out, he offered some great advice and walked me through what this process entails. This is the first time I have ever been in this kind of situation, so I was completely clueless and had no idea how any of this works. Matt was very informative and an absolute pleasure to talk to.
