I called B & B this morning and left a message just after 8 am and received a call back promptly within 15 minutes. B & B was able to schedule me a service visit just 2 hrs out. The service technician arrived on schedule at 10 am. He went right to work on my issue and had finished working and testing to insure the problem had been properly resolved and departed at 10:30 am. The service technician was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend B & B for your heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks for your prompt response B & B. My AC is back in service.
