Thank you for your hospitality. RV lot was more than enough for 32’ class C and tow vehicle. It would probably be good for 50’ or more. 50 amp power, water, and sewer. Very reasonable rates. Owner was very responsive, called us to confirm etc. thank you Nelson and Brandon and GG. See you all next year. 🤞

This little mobile home and rv park suited our needs perfectly. Good price and nearby to people and places we wanted to visit. We needed 50 amp rv hook up, along with sewer and water. The owner, Nelson, was very good at staying in communication and having someone there to guide us to our spot on a Sunday when the office was closed.

Friendly and more quiet than expected for a mobile home/RV park, employees are incredibly helpful. I wish it had more trees, and the roads need improvement but so does every other road in this town. They get really bad every winter. very affordable, water and trash included with lot rent.
