I was able to get what I needed - a new fridge - and it was delivered same day which is why they get 3 stars. The delivery guys accidentally damaged my wall while removing my old fridge and I called t&c, delivery guys took photos etc. The owner was supposed to call and come by to fix it, but showed up without calling while I was in the shower (only knew because I have a ring doorbell). I called and told the gal what happened and she said she would pass it on. Never heard from anyone again and it’s been about 4 weeks. Unfortunate.“
