“Had to make a visit unexpectedly and we've been wanting to establish with Dr. Chase anyway. It was a Saturday afternoon and about a half hour before closing. Once inside I apologized for arriving so close to closing time but they said it was totally fine. I know that there was going to be a lot of paperwork to fill out too. (As a new patient) I asked which doctor I was going to be seeing and she said Dr. Dianna Chase was on. Yay that's who I wanted to see!! The place was very nice inside not your typical medical office I'm used to in California, bland plain decor, this was very nice and clean with up to date magazines, we're used to 2-3 year old ones, lol. The receptionist was so helpful and very very nice, paperwork was painless and and she used all my medical cards. Since we have an HMO that doesn't exist in Montana she said they'll probably pay but it might take awhile. We were the only ones there, for a half an hour before closing we'd expected it to be crowded. Upon moving to the area permanently we did establish with a different Dr since Dr Chase was out for the summer. It was fine. We were seen by Dr Nakamura who is by far an excellent doctor very thorough and attentive to your needs. Very happy with this place.“
