The professionalism of the front desk staff is below subpar. Scheduling is a nightmare and even worse is to be seen as a walk in. DO NOT SEEK WALK IN CARE. You will end up spending 3-4 hours with sick babies in their waiting room to be seen for 15 minutes and waiting another hour in a clinic room just to be written a script for antibiotics. Way better off seeking a provider in the Flathead or someone is private practice within the community.

The front desk associates and practice manager have absolutely no care or concern for patient health. They have the worst attitudes and scheduling policies I've ever encountered. When you are sick and you call to make an appointment, you are told you can't make an appointment for 2-3 months unless a same day appointment is available. Every time I tried to book a same day appointment it was snatched out from under me while I was on the phone. Then, I would be told I there were same day appointments available for the following day but they would be fired for letting a sick patient book an appointment for the following day. So, they force the sick patient to have to call day-after-day to try to see a doctor when they're sick. It took me weeks to get in on a "same-day" appointment. I've never been anywhere where you couldn't schedule a sick appointment the week you are sick. I and others I know have encountered this and it is appalling. Clearly, Logan Health Eureka is completely desensitized to patient suffering and sees helping their patients with their health as a nuisance. We don't have an urgent care or any other options up here. This place needs to get their act in order and care about their patients and their community.

Let's just say the doctors office in Eureka puts the P in PRACTICE the doctors here are a joke. If you value your health you will find a REAL DOCTOR IN THE FLATHEAD THIS PLACE IS INADEQUATE AT BEST do yourself and your family a favor and go somewhere else were the real DOCTORS CARE
