Been going to classes here for a few years now. All the coaches are very good. They are constantly moving through the athletes checking for form and helping with questions. There are 3 different levels so anyone can find their fit in each class and they will work with you to find options if you have to scale further. They have a masters class for 60+ athletes that is very popular. Great group of people and a great gym.
Stonefly crosssfit has been a great addition my life an also to my personal fitness. Without this program I feel that there would be a few things that as a person I wouldn’t have achieved in building our cabin an also feeling good about myself. So thanks to Bryce an his work outs I as a person feel more better. Thanks
In my opinion, this is the best CrossFit gym in the world! All of the coaches instruct and encourage you in the most personal way. If you show up, they will find a way for you to progress no matter your age, gender or physical limitations. You won't find a better and more personalized workout program for the money. The various classes have teens all the way up to people in their seventies which is a testament to how welcome you will feel and how your needs can be met. I have only great things to say about ALL of the coaches. I am grateful every day that we have this gym and this CrossFit Stonefly family in our small town. So happy to be a part of it. ?
