I can't recommend Premier Plumbing highly enough. We've used them on a few occasions and they've always come through. Their employees are very professional, trustworthy, and respectful. They won't try to sell you a service or product that you don't need. They are very thorough, reliable, and explain everything in detail. They truly make you feel like you are part of the team in the decision making of the repair process. They don't take shortcuts on their work and they take pride in their workmanship. I believe it was Hayden and a helper who came out (I'm bad with names) but he was such a wonderful man and he and his helper worked well together and even brought some laughs to lighten up the situation that had me so stressed out. Can’t say enough about Premier plumbing and heating. We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and flood our basement while my husband was out of town. We didn’t have water and with 3 young kids at home, that was tough. We called and the team was so understanding and even though they had a full schedule, they fit us in and fixed this issue. Highly recommend!

We were in a jam with a part for our air conditioner and the same day I called and asked if they were able to help, they had me come in and they were able to help me out right away. Polite, professional, and skilled - they got it done for me right away. Really saved us in this little heat wave
